I went for an interview at their Srijan Corp park office in Kolkata. There was this HR named Shruti who just after looking my cv made up her mind not to employ me in this company. Her agenda was, that I did not do a thorough research about Ozeol and came for interview. She was hell bent on making me believe that I have committed some crime by not doing so. She also made up her mind by believing that I left my previous companies because I was not comfortable customers were talking rudely with me. It would have been better if I had shown her all my appreciation mails and correspondences. She does not believe the fact that a person can take some time for grabbing good opportunities rather than getting enrolled with any Tom d Harry company just to feed his family. And also she is vexed with the thought process that a person can leave a company if his interpersonal skills and other operational skills are getting hampered. In her opinion one should continue with it. I don't know if she worked with any MNC's or not but she does not know that merely not researching fully about the company and coming for interview cannot be a deciding factor for hiring. She was not interested at all about what I was bringing to the table. By her words I could make out she was suffering from some acute superiority complex and the whole responsibility of the company was on her shoulders. I think this is a fraudulent company having dicey natured employees like her who can turn tables at the drop of a hat. She should rather work as an intern in a renowned MNC before getting into full time HR operations because HR role is a very tough role as you are directly dealing with people. And she is not the right fit for this position. And in the meantime she can also opt for a psycho analysis of herself.

Toxic work culture . The Business Unit Manager was the worst. Beautiful women will get priority to him.Not safe for females. If u r in his good books , all good else u r out. Micro management to the extreme . Please dont work here better sit back at home

Toxic work culture, bully TLs, unnecessary micro-managment, no job security, scolding- nah they straight away start insulting you (always crossing lines). Either you'll left the job in 4-5 months or they'll throw you out either way candidate will be harassed mentally and emotionally. And yes after 6 pm you'll be automatically drained out because of work pressure, stress and super low confidence. You'll start questioning your worth. Also favouritism and verbal bullying will be there from 9:30am -6pm. Politics 🤣 this is common now in corporate sector so you'll deal with it.

Co-workers are good and are helpful. All TLs are nice and helpful. It is because of Higher level management the work culture is pathetic. Hire and fire policy.

The company doesn't know how to be respectful towards the employees . The emplyoees are given unrealistic target and are fired within 3-4 months if the target is not met. Higher management from head office(Tunisia) is worst when it comes to management .
