Firstly, it is my observation that the company environment is less than ideal. The atmosphere here can be described as quite negative, and it lacks the supportive culture that is essential for the growth and well-being of its employees. Senior employees often fail to provide guidance or assistance to their juniors, leaving newcomers feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Another major concern is the high level of work-related stress and pressure that employees, especially freshers, are subjected to. It seems there is inadequate consideration for the onboarding and training of new employees. Instead, freshers are often expected to hit the ground running without the necessary support or training, which can be highly stressful and counterproductive. Moreover, the approach towards performance evaluation and feedback appears to be lacking in transparency. Freshers are often given vague feedback such as "your performance does not meet our expectations" without clear guidance on how to improve or what those expectations entail. This lack of clarity can be demoralizing and hinder professional growth. Finally, I have noticed that there is a significant presence of favoritism or nepotism within the company, which can be disheartening for those who believe in a merit-based work culture. It creates a perception that personal relationships take precedence over skills and qualifications.

This is a very bad company. I have worked here for 1 year. It is very bad. The seniors here neither help nor understand the work. They just give work and behave rudely. They don't even give us any advice.
