There is a lot of politics and then management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but Career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years which you Connie resign. On the job training is not give to new joiners.

Work life balance was good previously, but some managers do not give you work life balance they want you to work 24 hrs and 7 days a week without taking any leave.

Dislikes

They not give bonus or any appreciation on diwali or on new year to keep employees motivated for rest of the year.
