Work pressure is very higher if, you not able to achieve target your manager & higher management will ask to do fake booking & fraud business. OYO is third parties hotel application has 30-45% share of commission on every booking on hotel listed. OYO Management will ask to do fake booking and ask you to pay OYO Commission share as recharge on property. Every Saturday almost all booking on OYO are fake booking PAN India to shown OYO is growing and forcefully to achieve your target from your hard earn money from your pockets this first job on planet where you pay company for work there. This just few points please do you own research before joining meet OYO employees at office premises know truth by your self.

From last three month I had not received two month salary just because I was hospitalised because of stone problem and hemorrhoids now hospital was private and they are not ready to provide any medical certificate which is mandatory to provide for our HR Team and hospital will going to provide this medical documents after this Coronavirus will get end because hospital is also have the pressure from local police to not provide any hospital paper not even bill to the patient and in our city it's totally lockdown local politicians are helping for food to get delivered at home so please need help or else forcefully on mail HR giving me a warning for the abscond.. due to salary I had already faced lots of problem and still facing the same issues even HR had made my profile active at oyo but I don't have access on official email id ...

I like to work with OYO every time I will not ever going to think any negative reason about or working at Oravel Stays Private Limited this is just a best company I had ever founded for my work ..

They are doing well being self centered. This has made them to completely lose their former reputation and glory.

They are firing. They are removing the so called FAT from the company pay roll , stopped all the incentives and taking adequate measures such as pay cuts and cutting benefits.
