never joined the Mumbai team .. all employees will try to push out you of the Oyo system. 1 very toxic culture 2 old employees will never help 3 manager is also against new employees, he won't have new employees in the team( new employee means target increase) 4 there is no manager hire key, everyone would like to take reporting from you as many times( old employees on top....they are behaving like they are all your manager) 5 there is no training stym for employees 6 they will ask you to do hotel wallet recharges from your pocket if the hotel owner is not ready to do

Dislikes

Product team is filled with business folks who are puppets of business teams. Focus is on pleasing seniors instead of asking and doing right things. Incompetent managers across the board will just micromanage and on asking questions will say things like It’s above your pay grade. Oyo laid people for like 3 times. Product vision is not at all clear they just here to make money by rolling hotel owners and giving low standard services to customers. Too much politics among the teams for visibility. Unnecessary pressure for presenting in large groups w/o any need for that. Non sense processes like BRP etc where you present some random quarter plan and hardly adhere to it. You will learn how to navigate hierarchies, but not sure you will learn anything about product thinking, vision, strategy etc. Place is filled ex McKinsey and consultants who think they can do everything and all that they do is putting up slides PPTs without producing and real work. This place is for Yes men and who want to jeopardise their health, mental health, family time and job security. Worst place to ever work. Though you will find contrary reviews. Please mind you I left the org before layoffs happened in a matter of less than a year just because I don’t want to work at such superficial place, where you have to pretend to like the work, environment and incompetent managers.

Ontime Salary with proper pay slips.

Dislikes

No Training for freshers. Management always instructs the front office staff to get 5* ratings and positive reviews but the property has a lot of repair issues that were never solved.
