The company culture is absolutely toxic. From bottom level employees to top level everyone is corrupt. There are many malpractices happening in the organization and no one really cares. They will just continue to burn investor money and try to create a good image of the company by having a poster boy leading them, with no sort of leadership experience or capability. There is extreme favoritism and dirty politics along with lack of transparency, processes etc.

oyo room is not good services you can book room through oyo but never pay in advance bcz while you check in the owner do not give you the same room in low price as they already getting high demand by offline event.

1. Salary and Benefits: Deducted salary for > 1 year on account of COVID, most of the employees were sent on leave without pay and were never called back ( fortunately i was not part of those) 2. Promotion and appraisal: PLI was paid in 2 parts- and that too was deducted if resigned with in 3 months of payout. 3. Job Security - Hiring and firing is a routing process at OYO 4. Skill Development: No training/ orientation/ workshop conducted during my tenure during my organisation. 5.Culture and ethics: question of ethics is not related here weather it is customer, vendor or employees

Those who all are booking the rooms on walking they are hiding that much of customer to get money personally Business head santhosh cheating company & Clients He have seperate team to cheat and add more in room bookings to hide company side and clients side he doing some business in the name of oyo
