Pathetic work environment. Pathetic work life balance. Unprofessional people at Manager position who don't know how to lead and guide a team. Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day. Manager don't know how to behave. They (Management) know what is actually happening at the ground (cheating with customer) but even after that they push you to do it and if you don't then your manager will shout at you, criticize you. Every day manager tell to it's team that if you are not able to do it then put down the paper and leave the company.

Work in oyo very satisfying. Environment helps learning skills , salary packages are good. Full support in pandemic. Really use IT tools and provide assets.

Non relevant hiring. Due to this colleagues faces so many problems due to lack of knowledge of employees. Lit bit work pressure but handlable.

... hotelier object to delist hotel they strictly say no and drag partner to court. Worst organisation to work where half of salary goes back to organisation through wallet recharge orelse you will loose your job.
