... 4 months my company asked us to 1. Remain on furlough for next 6 months or 2. Quit the job with 1 month basic salary( without variable which was 20% ) So, I had to Quit. Talking about the work environment of the company, when I was working in 0YO, it was pathetic only because of the higher management.

1. low work- life balance 2. No Job Security 3. Heavy work pressure because of that we were asked to sit till 10 p.m by our mangers

Those who all are booking the rooms on walking they are hiding that much of customer to get money personally Business head santhosh cheating company & Clients He have seperate team to cheat and add more in room bookings to hide company side and clients side he doing some business in the name of oyo

Pathetic work environment. Pathetic work life balance. Unprofessional people at Manager position who don't know how to lead and guide a team. Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day. Manager don't know how to behave. They (Management) know what is actually happening at the ground (cheating with customer) but even after that they push you to do it and if you don't then your manager will shout at you, criticize you. Every day manager tell to it's team that if you are not able to do it then put down the paper and leave the company.

You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout. The worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career. You have to satisfy the state head’s ego to continue in the system. Companies like EMT and MMT has stopped recruiting people from OYO because the activities happen in OYO. OYO is not just a Company its a Mafia who loot Hoteliers and Play with the Career of their Own Employees
