I was on furlough for four months because of this noble Coronavirus, after 4 months my company asked us to 1. Remain on furlough for next 6 months or 2. Quit the job with 1 month basic salary( without variable which was 20% ) So, I had to Quit. Talking about the work environment of the company, when I was working in 0YO, it was pathetic only because of the higher management.
