In the oswal i have been working from last 1 and half year overall working environment is good . And there TL is good always supporting. None of them uses a abusive or any rudeness to juniors. And even all senior's are glade to help juniors. U dont have face CEO directly but nature of CEO is also very good . I think this is great place to learn as a software developer great environment

There is nothing to dislike in this organisation but if you want healthy growth then its not for you that is only thing else is fine

there is no career growth , it is politics base organization and one rule no any body can do on own self decision . we have to do only follow the instruction like a machine and not budget for to do this.

Dislikes

senior management and work culture. senior management is not a stand on there own commitment about the salary increment and employee benefit. they are not interested to give the facility of PROVIDENT FUND & E PF Scheme .
