While I appreciate the opportunities to grow and learn at Osswal Infosystem Pvt Ltd, I do feel that the working culture and company policies could be improved. At times, there seems to be a lack of flexibility or communication in certain aspects, which can impact the overall work environment. I believe that with some adjustments, the company could create a more supportive and collaborative atmosphere for its employees.

not much burden for the work. Sohan sir is the best digital marketing manager. You will definitely meet him when you join the company. HR natures are good.

Dislikes

strict timing policy and sandwich rule. You have to be on time otherwise you have to suffer from half day and your one day half money will be deducted if you get 3 star.
