... especially after the working, sometimes it will continues till midnight 2.00AM. High sales target and salary will not be based on that.

Salary and Other Benifits such as 1 time Lunch (Nasta). Overtime facility, Bonus on Diwali. Leaves compensation.

If you are associate or junior level person, this company is not for you, there is no future in this company for hardworking employees, they get very less promotion max upto 12%, if you are not favourite person of your senior then it might be 4-7% only, and if you are having arguments with head then it might be in rupes like 500-600 only. You can not do anything, there is no post promotions here. I am working from last 4 years and still i am on same post, Pathetic HR management , so are MD, always shouting without any valid reason. If you only work for money without having self respect, then this company is for you.

...cs...old employees of this company are rulling the company...No job security....still I am waiting for my settlement but salary and my expenses not received yet....not respond by HR....

I like the quality that is being maintained here. Anyway covid changed it. Hope we will get back with the hard work that is which the company looks at.

Team lunch and monthly incentive. Now monthly incentive earning is stopped.

I worked for around 3 years in this company but there is nobody to hear you.Mainly issue with Account Team Head, she is very rude and manipulative. No learnings under this lady. She has her rules to follow but not accounting rules. she doesn't allow any subordinate to submit any report to Korean management even if she is on leave for 10days or 2weeks. Management is also not helpful, work environment is very bad.
