Sales staffs cannot give a promise to the customer once a promise declared by the company next year that will change, protocol change, continuous pressure from the reporting manager especially after the working, sometimes it will continues till midnight 2.00AM. High sales target and salary will not be based on that.

If you are associate or junior level person, this company is not for you, there is no future in this company for hardworking employees, they get very less promotion max upto 12%, if you are not favourite person of your senior then it might be 4-7% only, and if you are having arguments with head then it might be in rupes like 500-600only. You can not do anything, there is no post promotions here. I am working from last 4 years and still i am on same post, Pathetic HR management , so are MD, always shouting without any valid reason.
