Over politics over pressure management never listens to you It is jail . If you go out even 1 min for even eating food they will provide half day salary . 9 hours compulsory you have to be inside the office. All managers have the instructions to provide a task at 6.45 pm so that every team members anyway have to stay till 8 or 8.30 No mindset of work only managers concentrate on overtime and Saturday Sunday anyhow employee should suffer and work

Lots of office poltics , outdated module in risk team, people are doing here copy pasting manual work , I was working for client aditya birla capital , join only if you know to deal with office politics and fight over mail and conversation across teams.

No politics within team, good support consideration from management, best place for developing leadership skills and experience. Opportunities for hardworking employees.

Salary structure and other benefits / motivational factors. Endless work.

Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.

Work culture is very decent and normal, New joinee never be nervous and Salary always paid on time by company

In some days working pressure is so high like others companies so employees frustrated and error in their work. I think every month one or two days organised an event which is full of fun or some kind of activities which liked by employees. Thanks
