Gives a good pay when compared to other small Consultancy.

Dislikes

Apart from pay rest is terrible, unstable work culture, always uncertainty overtime with no pay and that's not one off thing most of the time you'll be burning your midnight oil.

Salary hikes are not limited to any policy. If you are doing an outstanding job then they give more than 50 percent hikes. Also designations are not limited to no of years you have spent, it's based on the actual capabilities, skills n maturity.

- You get good opportunity to learn - You get to take ownership of your work - Less benefits i can say - You get salary on time

Dislikes

- Very poor management, project managers doesn't take decisions instead ask from CEO for everything - All decisions are taken by only CEO, even other CXX are not meant to take decisions - Worst way of time tracking for each day - Paid time of is only 18 days and 12 holidays, Below industry level - Poor sandwitch policy for taking long week off - Pathetic compensation for working in shifts (100 rs per day) - HR team doesn't exist and they dont know anything - Company doesn't provide a system for you to work, you need to have your own machine - You don't get reimbursed for basic necessity to work like wifi reimbursement etc - For office party, you need to pay yourself and find stay arrangement if you are planning to attend - No employee benefits, only cost cutting everywhere - They make dry promotions without additional pay - The employee progress review system is pathetic - You have to use all tools present for free, don't expect any paid software or services even for project testing and learnings - Employee policy is shit, very less details are present and most of the things are assumed when you need them - 3 months notice period if you planning to leave, but they can ask you to put papers with or without even a month notice period - No bench concept, you are asked to leave in a month if no prejects for you to work

Dislikes

Didn’t like the leave policy. If you take leave before and after the holiday then holiday will also be deducted from your paid leave. For example: If you take leave on friday and monday then it will count as 4 days of leave.

The product part of the company is good, it's fast paced, you are allowed to make mistakes (not many though) and it's good for interns and entry level software Engineers to learn while working on these projects.

Dislikes

The service part is horrible, they want you to do labor work and solve 4 tickets daily which is not feasible. Performance Reviews are done based on a few tasks given which we have to do in our personal time??? that does not make sense. Work culture is horrible, the attitude of management is the worst and the way they talk to you when you make a mistake is just blood boiling. Even in the product side every person in management will blame the person below them for any mistake. Your opinion does not matter, if you suggest something it will be ignored and you will be blamed for not suggesting the same thing later 😂.
