It is a good company, where if you work smart and deliver then most of the cases the company CEO comes to your desk to appreciate you, but any have I never got that chance.

I lived this company while because to earn more salary, now I am getting but fully satisfied.

Work Environment in OSI is the best. Work-Life balance is awesome. Fun at work for the stress buster. Implements the latest tech stack which will enable employees to learn and build their career.

Growth is good, but compensation is not up to the mark when compared.

I Like this company because it is reputed and the environment here is very pleasant. The way the employees treated here is very good. I have learnt many more things which has been improved my skills.

As i have positive attitude, I always see the positive side every where and up to now no one said anything against the company. Though, As we all know "A Coin has Two Sides" We should be ready to accept it as it is.

Management is very good. Treating employee very well. You can learn and work on latest technologies.

Work environment not good for people from outside. Even people feel happy to talk in their local language in every meeting.
