Favouritism, unclear communication from leadership, change in KPIs in the mid of the year.Hire, fire policy.. Company values are just on papers, but not actually followed. Sr. Management just puts you in pressure for them to be able to grow or show the efforts to their management in the head office. Not worth your time, Collections team is a disaster. Lot of manual work and systems are not upgraded. Dont out your work - life balance or your mental peace at stake..

Work culture is Bad, compensation is Bad, They have Micro Management in Finance Team they have a tool to Monitor Employees and you need to stick on to your desk even when you don't have work.., lot of politics in Finance team they do favioursm to the ones they need. every month and when ever they want they change the company policy and ask them to follow. they have no strict policy or procedure. They don't speak to employees respectable or they don't act professionally. Finance Team Managers & leads have no knowledge on the process or team management skills they have got promoted because of their tenure in the company.

So much cheating they are doing. If you join this company after June, your bonus will not be paid for almost 2 years. And that money will never be given to you. It is a total loss for the employee. That bonus amount is a part of the CTC, but still they do not give if you join them after June. All other companies will give bonus every quarter, but this company will not give even if you deserve it.

There is nothing to like because the company has gone to dogs. There is a drastic change in the management because most of the tenured gold gems left this company due to dirty politics played by few longstanding tenured and new management staffs.

Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. It is a small company but they have hired so many GM roles, and promoted undeserving Heads to GM to please them. This is a loss making company and is at the verge of collapse. UK management must have a close scrutiny of all the promotions that are going over as most of the back stabbers and pot lickers are being promoted. This is a lowest category company so you will not get good loan offers or benefits from any banks. Don't you ever join this toxic 3rd rate company
