...t between local people and employees arriving from other regions of the country. They even deliberately cut our salary keeping us on unwanted leave to compensate the loss during covid. Overall, there is not a spec of work environment there, let alone being healthy.

...coming from other parts of the country, employer being in a don't care attitude. They used to cut salary of certain employees. I warn you all, don't think of going there or even applying.
