All management . Like production head are very bed person and always does politics . do not allow those below you to progress. Humiliating everyone , corrupt and given false information against everyone. And manager are also .😤

it was a terrible experience, with 0 work and production management, the manager had poor knowledge of design, and very very dirty politics in staff. all-time changed designers, no job security and stability.boss spick loudly. no increment. Be careful if you join this job.

Orvi is genuinely a fabulous place to work at. There is freedom to make business decisions, and freedom to make mistakes as well, and learn from those mistakes. The Management team is well travelled, and with a cosmopolitan, growth- mindset, allowing for a culture of empathy, ownership & respect within the organization. It is rare to find a company where a leader will reply to a work email, saying "Thank You for doing this task soo well".. People feel appreciated, and are supported during personal crisis, and in need for family time. Naturally, the effect of this culture is that people who are inclined to do office politics , somehow automatically find themselves a misfit because primarily all employees are encouraged to focus on goal driven work, rather than people pleasing-- The office surroundings are lush green & lots of fun activities keep getting organised... It is an office full of laughter, good work, dedicated team & entrepreneurial mindset
