it was a terrible experience, with 0 work and production management, the manager had poor knowledge of design, and very very dirty politics in staff. all-time changed designers, no job security and stability.boss spick loudly. no increment. Be careful if you join this job.

Orvi is genuinely a fabulous place to work at. There is freedom to make business decisions, and freedom to make mistakes as well, and learn from those mistakes. The Management team is well travelled, and with a cosmopolitan, growth- mindset, allowing for a culture of empathy, ownership & respect within the organization. It is rare to find a company where a leader will reply to a work email, saying "Thank You for doing this task soo well".. People feel appreciated, and are supported during personal crisis, and in need for family time.
