Would like to start with the work culture here,you have to work like donkey here, you are not allowed to showcase your skills here, also your experience doesn't matters here, if you are an accountant they make tell to to work as receptionist or sales person or even peon, if the peon is not available, there is no hygiene matained here, no yearly increments,no pf facility, no celebrations nothing, just work, work and work.
