One of the two owners of the company - Mr. Rajat Malhotra is professional and humble. Pay is good - so is growth if you become a bootlicker of the seniors and don't propose your own ideas. Though, travelling to different locations within Delhi NCR is a boon till the time company is covering the expense - which most of the time they don't.

Dislikes

Work Culture, unsupportive/arrogant employees and politics played by the seniors in the company - especially Mr. Ashok and Ms. Aprajita. If they are unhappy with you because of their personal reasons - they will do anything to make you resign the organization. Most staff do not try to excel within their own profession, rather they are interested in what we are doing and always try to eavesdrop in between to create a negative image of the employee.
