Hike is pretty bad US team acts likes boss and they will expect India team to work 24 hrs. Culture is not that good and overall no overtime or hike according to the work expected to do.

Management hire many candidates. But they will not provide team allocation and waiting for a long time to get allocated and work pressure is high and appraisal delay also variable pay is also pending. Don't join this company.

Work life balance is there little bit. Work from Mon- Fri weekends only on requirement basis. WFH till Oct 23 till recent announcement
