We can learn about log analysis in the java application and proficiency in querying the database. We will be working with the people who are in different geographic locations and we will come to know their programming practices.

Dislikes

Management is so poor. They will not recognize the talents in the company. There will be biased managers who can listen to the words of only few people. Resources allotment to the project is poor and inturn it burdens the existing resources in that particular projects. Overall I can say it is all about reactive management and it is not a proactive management.

One of the best employer in the industry. The company culture, the benefits are too good. You can enjoy Work life balance here. Manager's are very co-operative. Lot of learning opportunities.

No job security, growth takes very long time here.
