...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

They only process salary on time basis. Other benefits are not there

In this company most of the old employee there so they are not ready to co-operate to new joinee. Especially domestic marketing department there is internal politics. Some colleague are so rude.

Hr policees and hr person no any help against toxic culture,work culture very toxic ,upper management is discusting , quality department manager person is very rude and shameless person use bad words about jouner's, when you leave company they do not provide any relieving letter or any documents after serving notice period.before joining they talk like they treat you as family but after joining there behaviour very rude and shameless. One of the main HR person how have higher post but not have no knowledge about HR policies and relieving process.demand money

As a fresher, it is a very good company to learn & hone technical as well as pressure-handling skills

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. Very poor HR policy. Many stuffs & some seniors are really inappropiate in their mannerism

1) No appraisal from last 2 years 2) strict office hours if you are 1 min late it will be considered half day and no out time. 3) working on holidays/weekly off and attain calls so work life balance.
