In Sempertrans India pvt Ltd, 1- No matter how much work you do here, you won't even get an appreciation. 2- Girls are taken just by name but there is no respect for them. Nor do they get the same treatment as boys get. 3- You are targeted unnecessarily here. 4- There is no celebration of any kind here. There is no activity here to encourage or motivate the employees. 5- The time of coming to the job is fixed but the time of leaving is not fixed. I am working extra here without extra money.

The top management blatant favouritism towards unskilled workers is appalling. Workers despite their lack of qualifications are showered with benefits and unwavering support from management. Meanwhile skilled staff with qualifications and ambitions are left to fend for themselves with no future prospects from anyone and workers threaten the staff. It’s a toxic environment where unskilled helpers protected by the union dominate the workplace making it unbearable for those with degrees and skills. If you want to be undermined by unqualified workers and have your effort go unrecognised then this is the place for you. No staff work here for long

The Sempertrans working culture is good and as the MNC company there is nothing any work load pressure, Yes I was on IT background and my manager is Based on UK based, therefore I felt good culture of work

Blue collar worker is more dominated over is there for doing culture program and activities.

Before joining lot of thing were looks vey good but after working 6 months understood I was wrong.

Dislikes

Mostly looking for the output and for which employee are working 365 days, unfortunately management is never recognizing their contribution. The major concern on job is after giving employee their 100% to the job and taken the single day leave still not sure next day morning his job is secure or not.

Overall O.K. There is no job security.

Huge politics among teammates. After working there for 13 years with respect ,suddenly overnight people are asked to go when they have less than 2 more years to retire. No job security. Work environment is very bad.
