... employees on company's payrole. Nowadays all are working here on offrole basis. There are negligible salary raises.

There is no proper process planning due to which a lot of time and energy is wasted in manufacturing processes. There are no allowances even for people who are working here from last 20 years.

It's worest company , machines are 2nd hand no proper working , mostly goes maintenance , supervisor is also worest but he is fix in company to pain for all workers , no permanent jobs , accuracy instruments are not provided , overall we don't get any knowledge in this company

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
