Company is employeeing Good candidates from Good institute with higher salary but they are leaving our organization within two years .Some concrete planning shall be plan to train and detain these candldates.

Financially stable company and so salary and other compensation are given timely.

Everything. The Management takes decision based on primitive ideologies, no new idea is accepted or appreciated, HR department is biased towards it's employees based on personal relationships. Seniors are not supportive and backstab any new employees. Management wastes new talents and their skills by doing worthless exercises.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot re-sign.There is a lot of politics. management does not address our issues
