...maintaining data attending ptm via zoom daily and all these irrelevant work..... Rather they should be involved in teaching Bt seriously authority must pay attention towards the betterment of children not their data

The teachers the staff is helpful, the non teaching staff is friendly.

Dislikes

...livering lectures for straight 7-9 lectures. No humanity grounds. You slog here. And that too on a pay scale of a peon. I can just imagine how much would they pay to the menial staff.

... r hardworking, colleagues are helpful and the school culture is full of life...school has a rich culture, an outstanding staff, salary is so far good, and this job will be pretty much amazing if u love kids... Kids at this school are adorable and they have so much of enthusiasm to learn and grow.... It was fun working for me with this school if u are looking for job that provides u satisfaction at the end of the day this school will be a great option...

Only thing i dislike would be of course salary and also some strict restrictions for teachers...

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

Payment is okay for me. Within 5th of every month you will definitely get your salary.

I have seen some of my colleagues getting tortured here with respect to their work and their salary as well. You will be held responsible for the things you are not supposed to. No ethics. They want CBSE affiliation but don't follow any rules for that. No work ethics. They will cut your one day's salary and still expect you to work on that day.
