Terrible place. The heads have no sense of talking to the new teachers. Seniors don't value or respect you. They will not leave a chance to insult you before the children and teachers. Be ready to take the blame for the task about which you have no idea. The relationship between teachers and administrative staff is extremely unprofessional and strange. For a week(entire day) I observed other teachers lessons even though I am an experienced teacher. It didn't make any sense as I was made to observe grade 9 teachers when I teach in grade 2. They threw me out without any appropriate reason within a month saying you didn't gel with others. It was a blessing in disguise. It is not a place to grow....Read More

I used to teach English :you are expected to take ,check ,record the dictation and return it to the children on the same day. It's quite taxing when you have 60 children in one class, there is no helper teacher.

The teachers the staff is helpful, the non teaching staff is friendly.

The management doesn't care whether you're a teacher delivering lectures for straight 7-9 lectures. No humanity grounds. You slog here. And that too on a pay scale of a peon. I can just imagine how much would they pay to the menial staff.
