I worked at Orchids the international school for a year. It was a great experience working with kids , the school had a really strong code of conduct on how we treat and address children which was one of the positives of the school. The other best thing was that all the children were equally encouraged and motivated to participate in extra curricular activities during annual day, not even was left out, perfection wasn't their priority but inclusion was. For teachers, we were treated equally by our then principal and vice principal ma'am. One on one discussion with vice principal regarding lesson plan, methodologies was an opportunity to grow as a facilitator. They organized amazing outings and events for teachers on Teachers day and other special occasions. Overall it was a great experience working here....Read More

Dislikes

One thing that I disliked was the worksheets that they had homework sheet, classwork sheet and then their notebooks. There was a lot of notes to correct which use to increase our work load.
