Payment is okay for me. Within 5th of every month you will definitely get your salary.

I have seen some of my colleagues getting tortured here with respect to their work and their salary as well. You will be held responsible for the things you are not supposed to. No ethics. They want CBSE affiliation but don't follow any rules for that. No work ethics. They will cut your one day's salary and still expect you to work on that day.

Except salary nothing at all basically to like....no management no proper work culture and they treat employees like guinea pigs.... always testing and trying new methods and everytime you have to prove yourself in all the tests.... basically not at all a process oriented company.

...nce. No appraisal. It's hell for teachers here. Their policy changes every day!! They'll make you work even on national holidays without any extra pay or comp-off! Beware!!

...n for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management. The concern have significantly impacted my well- being and job satisfaction.

Orchids gives a good syallabus and teaching aid, structure, curriculum plan to teachers which is beneficial.

Dislikes

...heatre teacher is asked to teach English and public speaking at times maths too.No salary raise, no bonuses, no performance evaluation based increments. And very poor approach by human relations department.
