They are fraud . Don't trust them . They attract employees by offering high salary .They are use to for hiring employee on contract and then fire them without prior notice . They also not give you salary . They are also used to do fraud with Clients . Not recommend for both clients and employees.

Nothing. A lot of salary deduction without any reason. A lot of restrictions with a very less salary. No job security. Salary is very less according to the experience they are just providing 12k or 13k for 3 to 4 years of experience.

...TANCY WILL NOT PAY MORE THAN 10K FOR THE EMPLOYEES EVEN IF THEY ARE EXPERIENCED. FOR ONE YEAR EVERYTHING WILL BE OK BUT AFTER THAT THEY INSIST US TO RESIGN AND REDUCE THE SALARY UPTO 30% FROM THE BASIC. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR POCKET MONEY CAN JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY. THEY PURELY EXPLOIT THE HOME MAKERS AND THE FRESHERS WHO ARE IN NEED OF JOBS. ABOVE ALL THE WORST PART IS THEY RECRUIT AS TEMPORARY STAFF WHICH IS NOT TOLD TO THE EMPLOYEES IN THE INTERVIEW OR AT THE TIME OF JOINING.

Some of the monthly interactions via Teams used to be fun. Apart from that, i can't think of anything that i liked.

Dislikes

Terrible Job Security. Horrible Pay- They don't even bother to tell you before cutting your salary and by how much. Monotonous work with no scope of growth and colleagues are not at all helpful. If you want to work this is the last place you should approach.
