...nce of more than a year, I can say begging is a better option than working here. The managers won't give you any leave, even if you are ill or someone has passed away in your family, they would let you beg for your earned leave and salary. They cut salary for even a single minute delay. Please don't join if you are not looking for a racist and misogynistic place to work. Character remarks are common here, and nobody cares about your well being. They eat some ill-smelling gutkha all day, and you have to bear that ridiculous smell because they are the boss. In one year I want to kill myself, but I am about to leave so It is my honest advice until and unless you don't have any other option or some family tragedy, don't join this firm.

...ing out of poverty please don't join this firm as your career will be doomed. 6. Major part of salary compensation is withdrawn by sales people who are former employees of one bank and they prefer and refer their own ex employees and pay them huge packages and not to deserving ones. Please avoid joining this company. Die poor or hungry but please don't join this company.

Each and everything. Biased people, blame game and beware of Orbis HRs. No work life balance your work starts early in the morning till late night, no support system. HR's licks feet and what not of management team.
