...ing out of poverty please don't join this firm as your career will be doomed. 6. Major part of salary compensation is withdrawn by sales people who are former employees of one bank and they prefer and refer their own ex employees and pay them huge packages and not to deserving ones. Please avoid joining this company. Die poor or hungry but please don't join this company.

Each and everything. Biased people, blame game and beware of Orbis HRs. No work life balance your work starts early in the morning till late night, no support system. HR's licks feet and what not of management team.

Orbis is a fast growing Company & provides ample growth opportunities. The management Team is young , energetic & experienced. Every individual has a role to play in the organisation and their ideas are heard and recognized. Policies of HR are Employee Friendly with flexible work timings.

Dislikes

As such there is nothing to dislike but yes since its a fast growing organisation some time we feel the pressure of work which can be managed. At the same time we get to learn and enhance our knowledge.

Orbis is a fast growing company with a young and dynamic management team which provides its employees with great growth opportunities. The work culture and environment is very good and encouraging. Apart from being highly skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields of work, all colleagues are very supportive. Learning is a constant activity that takes place in our office.

Dislikes

Expanding and growing business implies increased work load and performance pressure. Longer hours of work need to be dedicated for increased work load which may take a toll on the stress levels from time to time.

Ample opportunity to explore your caliber and capabilities. Self-learning environment which gives you the opportunity to learn beyond your subjects. I came from a very different industry but Orbis has proved to be a gamechanger in my learning. Policies are very empowering and employee-friendly. Management is very empathetic and always ready to help their manpower emotionally and monetarily or whichever way possible. Been a great experience till now and looking forward to an enlightening and fruitful future.

Nothing prominent but there are a few areas of improvement like strengthening of internal processes and change management within employees.
