The founders are cheaters. They cheat investors with false promises and the employees also. Founders are also irritating and all of them are incapable of handling any team. They enjoy their life lavishly with investor's money and they hesitate paying salaries to the employees on time. No vision and positive professional culture. Moreover the environment in office with founders's engagement is toxic and they create unrest among employees with unnecessary and irrelevant tasks. The founders can be summarize as "criminals and cheaters".

Lots of chaos While the management seems to genuinely want to care, often end up stressing out folks with short deadlines, etc

Can be hectic/very strenuous-it builds you but not for everyone

Poor management Team, Unprofessional people, Obsessed with their job titles, Need to learn people skills, No empathy, No leaders in the company, Managers that too are pathetic.
