Once Core team was very nice. Loved gaining knowledge from good engineering minds. Unfortunately every good folks departed.

Dislikes

Founders are not professional people. Mostly they are self obsessed individuals and wasting investors every penny for personal accomplishments. Cheats employees with false assurances. Top management doesn't have any technology knowledge the team is working. Incapable top management, no vision, no clarity. Waste of time for experienced people and freshers too. Would end up loosing your mental health while working with these folks. Irregular salaries. Never pays on time. Good people departed due to intended mismanagement of founders.

Get to learn cutting edge robotics and ai work Learnings and projects are the best I've seen

Dislikes

Lots of chaos While the management seems to genuinely want to care, often end up stressing out folks with short deadlines, etc

Ambitious founders Highly educated(IIT, IIM, Ivy league) folks Skilled colleagues Excellent alumni base especially Masters/Other startups

Dislikes

Can be hectic/very strenuous-it builds you but not for everyone

Only for interns who want to learn about robotics.

Poor management Team, Unprofessional people, Obsessed with their job titles, Need to learn people skills, No empathy, No leaders in the company, Managers that too are pathetic.
