Being a part of small close-knit team it was easy for me to learn and adjust. I came to work mostly because of the people that were there in the company. Great and approachable subordinated and very energetic environment. There were frequent team trips and work was acknowledged.

Dislikes

...dividual would beat all odds to be on top and this whole thing will take a year. After the groundbreaking work as a year old employee if you ask a fair compensation then they wouldn't really appreciate your questioning gesture. They are good with you until you are blind sighted as soon as you start poking your nose around you will feel the burn and pressure of being chucked out. They are heavily opinionated and too much of politics in the sales team. No matter what ideas you bring but credit would not be given as equal compensation.

- Job Security (Anytime you can terminate if you not aligned with the below three categories) 1. Brahmin Caste (majority of leads are brahmin caste so if ur caste is in brahmin then they will support anything) 2. Christian Caste (Most of hr management guys are in christian so if ur caste is same then you will get benefits) 3. Drinks group (Alcohol), big alcohol network group is there, if you aligned here then you no need to work. You just want to align then they will take care - Worst management ( Suresh doesn't know most of the activities happened inside the company)

With overall of 8 years into the industry I’ve never worked in a toxic environment and moreover things happen without any reason behind hold the long term people word by mouth culture rather than experience.

Internal politics, no career growth, lack of scope and vision.
