Salary hike, appraisal, third party payroll, partiality between onroll and third party employee is worst. HR is not supportive

Management decisions is not really good for the junior level staff. Rules and regulations only need to follow to junior level, salary hike is poor as nothing.

Job security is the only one good thing I can said. So much politics happening there.

Some other kind of third party payroll is here where the partality started from salary to bonus to all over things. Management decision is non relevant.
