Work culture, there will be no promotion, no salary hikes. No skill development. No entertainment. More work load. Managers were biased. We should hold bucket to manager so they may help you higlight your name even if you are not eligible and have no process knowledge

...de.I used to get hike in every 2 or 3years once, that too very less percentages. When asked for salary hike manager said 'people are losing jobs at least you are getting this salary'.

Compensation and Benefits to the existing employees giving worst.. If they are new hired employee they will get more than us with the same technology.
