Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.

...er is god type of company, forcing people to use their crappy proprietary techs. No hike, no promotion, no growth for decades. This is like a graveyard. Once you are in, you can never get a new job as you are obsolete in the market.

Great work life balance. Tech stack you work on will depend on the team you work for, so satisfaction on technology depends on projects/team you work for.

Dislikes

Company is working towards fixing the salary concern. I believe that fixing that one element will change a lot of things for the firm.
