It’s work culture is toxic, if you are a talented person they just dump work at you even though there are many people who just survive with routine things.

Growth wise you won't get much here. Almost everything is do it yourself, with the resource provided for it. Onsite opportunities are hard to come by.

Flexible work hours and compensation

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but work pressure and expectations are quite high. Too much of process orientation, documentation and the document links. When in need, neither the document nor anyone will be able to help you. Even if someone is aware of the process due to their long years of service they won't help you, instead wait for you to do the mistake, then highlight the mistake to take credit and get noticed by the management. No job related training either on process nor functional aspects. Organization hardly care about it's employee, their development nor support them during the tough times like Covid.

People are really nice and work culture is very good in terms of work life balance. You will hardly feel the Monday blues here.

...gy stack. Legacy products with almost zero innovation and latest tech uptakes. Compensation is very average and almost below market standards. No bonuses and no fix salary appraisal cycle. You can’t grow career wise if you stay for long in Oracle. You’ll be stuck for years before realizing it. One of the highest attrition rates of the company.
