...raining opportunities, employees are not actively asked to attend the trainings. Career growth, hike, salary are low to stagnant. Job security is less as layoffs are quite common these days. Very less or no team outings, very boring.

Big company. Lot of opportunities to learn. Work from home. Joining time Compensation is very good. Monthly team lunch. I have joined when the project just started, so had lot of learning.

Career growth is little slow. No hike for first 2 years, after that your luck. No company transport.

Tenured employees stop growing career-wise Less opportunities for learning Pay is low, hikes are meager and bonuses are a rarity The overall quality of engineers has fallen in the past 5 years or so

Nothing to learn, legacy tech stacks, no appraisal at all for consecutive years, toxic work culture in OCI (depends on manager), very less benefits (Eg: No cabs are provided, no free eatables in campus)

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.
