OCSC is a great place to learn. There is not too much work pressure so you have good work life balance. You are given a lot of freedom and there is a lot of flexibility.

Dislikes

The compensation is only drawback in this company. There is not much hike given on a yearly basis.

...ple hold position because of seniority. They have zero people management skills. No growth, pathetic compensation, no skill development, mental harassment. A management without any vision. Junior level employees are literally suffering here. Honestly I will never ever recommend anyone. You will regret like me. Don't do mistakes, find other company. At last the work culture is like a FMCG distributor running his business with few sales man.

Wfh facilities and good work environment. But no salary hike.i worked from last 4 yrs.

Manager was good.but top management taking very bad decisions. They are micro monitoring. Oracle is getting worse now..not sure about job security .
