Work culture, there will be no promotion, no salary hikes. No skill development. No entertainment. More work load. Managers were biased. We should hold bucket to manager so they may help you higlight your name even if you are not eligible and have no process knowledge

Flexible work hours and compensation

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but work pressure and expectations are quite high. Too much of process orientation, documentation and the document links. When in need, neither the document nor anyone will be able to help you. Even if someone is aware of the process due to their long years of service they won't help you, instead wait for you to do the mistake, then highlight the mistake to take credit and get noticed by the management. No job related training either on process nor functional aspects. Organization hardly care about it's employee, their development nor support them during the tough times like Covid.

Weekend working benefits and free transport for 6-6 login or logout. Midnight snacks for night shift employees

Dislikes

... headcount. no transport for day shift employees. No free insurance for parents. We have to pay premium if we need it.
