...h of fools with no relevant experience especially managers are the biggest dumb. They don't increase salary and neither they promote. Their incentives are very stringent which will never get paid. They change their policies every year. Very demotivating company, they don't care about their employees.

Worked for Oracle for 12 years. Best thing bis work life balance. And the worst being compensation..way below industry standard..way below even by their own set band minimum.. Training are good.. Work from home available No retention policy

Salary is so good and transport facility is awesome 12 months actually cab pick up drop from home. Senior Management is very good.

Dislikes

Junior management are sometimes irritating they don't allow to talk when you've no work, yet you've to seat on your site. And HR team has not deep knowledge about your pf pension and so on. HR team is just good only but they seem to bias of management they must be impartial for employee and employer.
