Compensation is above average and job security is good.

1. No salary hike in 5 years, i.e. since the time I joined. Just the excuse "we dont have budget" 2. Taking a leave or even 2 hours off the manager makes you feel as though you're stealing from his house. 3. No Training, they say they dont have budget for it.
