Oracle has a great work life balance and lots of learning opportunities on product development, management and consulting. One can enhance their skills either on technology or business side. Oracle MyLearn has everything required to get certified on Oracle product offerings especially SQL, PL/SQL, Database Administration, Linux, Java, OCI etc...are some of the great certifications one can attempt while employed with Oracle.

Dislikes

...pany for long term career planning. Also promotions in Oracle are without hikes. One can get promoted but on the same salary until the focal (appraisal cycle) completes.

If you want banking domain specific exposure then its one of the best places to work. Growth and Learning rate is high and good here, but one should be open to challenges in terms of expansion.

Salary hikes and promotions are few of the areas of dissatisfaction.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.

0% learning, no cutting edge technologies, no proper work culture. No appraisal, no promotions. If you want a good experience as a geek never ever join this Org.
