My entry into Oracle was after having 21 yrs of work experience and joined at Leadership level which was perfect timing for my career level and experience. Oracle is technology and entrepreneurial driven company and has huge potential for anyone with technical acumen and ready to learn attitude.

Dislikes

Oracle had some issue with compensation increase policy and thus it tends to trigger employees towards exit option but recently they have been working on those challenges and addressing them. Reason I came out from Oracle was not just because of compensation issue but wanted to transition towards Data Science and AI domain with full commitment.

Work-life balance is good as they allow unrestricted work from home. Training and Development infrastructure is good but that can be leveraged only if one gets time from project activities. In my case, the project was long and too tight, so could not make use of the various available trainings.
