Poor salary hike process Hike/Bonuses comes once is 2-3 years. No post retirement benefits. Stocks/RSUs given to employees closers to managers. Poor promotion process. Frequent re-orgs. Loyal employees has no values. Lot of office politics

... mindset 2. Poor Communication and lack of transparency 3. Lack of motivation 4. Extremely poor appraisals and compensation 5. Terrible internal tools like timecard, expenses etc 6. I have not seen any manager leaving the organization nor heard. Only people leave as managers, directors and above neither they get jobs elsewhere nor they even want to look for a change as I see they are the most happy people in Oracle GFIC as I have not see any value add and the % of such managers whom I experienced is close to 95%

Low salary hikes and periodicity of salary hikes is long i.e once in 3 yrs. Low or no budgets for any offsite employee engagements, all such activities are likely self funded due to austerity measures

Great culture, global exposure, pay package, excellent team mates

Dislikes

1. No appraisals 2. Had to be on zoom video calls all day (so called "virtual office") 3. Manager always micro manages 4. Constant pressure that job is at stake all year long, extremely toxic culture, terrifying experience to report to work every day 5. Manager always adds pressure at work saying that top management is not happy with the performance and staff will be laid off

Gaining process knowledge and it's self serve Organization, you can take any training by scheduling you your self on the system by getting your managers approval with availability.

Dislikes

The political will be there. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
